Distinguished Member, Panel of Mediators
Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator and Associate Arbitrator trained through ADR ODR International, holding triple international accreditation from SIMI, IMI, and CMC UK. He is also a Gazetted Mediator accredited by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of Pakistan.
He serves as Secretary of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee for the District Bar Association Rawalpindi, where he leads institutional development, coordinates capacity-building programmes, and promotes mediation and arbitration to enhance access to justice. He is an Advocate and Associate Partner at Mohiuddin & Mohiuddin Advocates & Litigators, holding an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom.
He also serves as a Member of the Chairman's Initiative Team within the Human Rights Committee of the Punjab Bar Council, providing expert legal research, policy support, and advisory services.

As an Advocate specialising in international business law, commercial law and dispute resolution, Fahad combines practical legal experience with specialised training in mediation, arbitration and contemporary ADR mechanisms. His areas of ADR interest and practice include commercial and corporate disputes, contractual disputes, civil and business disputes, international and cross-border commercial disputes, banking and financial services disputes, corporate governance, intellectual property and technology-related disputes, and employment matters. He holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, with academic focus including international commercial arbitration, international trade law, international commercial litigation, and intellectual property law, along with an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Bedfordshire.
Fahad serves as a Member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee of the District Bar Association Rawalpindi, contributing to initiatives promoting mediation, arbitration, amicable settlement, and access to efficient dispute resolution. He also serves as a Member of the Chairman’s Initiative Team, Human Rights Committee, Punjab Bar Council, providing legal research, policy and advisory support.
His professional development includes specialised training in international commercial arbitration, mediation, ODR and emerging global practices in dispute resolution, including programmes and workshops associated with WIPO, UNCITRAL, the U.S. Department of Commerce CLDP, ITCILO, Saarosh ADR Centre and ADR ODR International.

Triple-Accredited Mediator and Associate Arbitrator, and Legal Attorney at Unitzero Pvt Ltd. He serves as Karachi Chapter Head of the AOI × ICDRL Peacemakers Community (AIPC).
His mediation training includes the Mediation and Negotiation Program Pakistan, triple-accredited Civil/Commercial Mediation Training by ADR ODR International & ICDRL, 24-Hour Up-Level Mediation Training by Kathleen Ruane Leedy, and Global Mediation Training. In arbitration, he has completed International Commercial Arbitration Training by ADR ODR International & ICDRL and the International Commercial Arbitration Program by MCB Sri Lanka.
He serves as Trainer and Expert Assessor at the Mediation and Negotiation Program 2026 and at the Karakoram Institute of Dispute Resolution Mediation & Negotiation Competition 2026, as Expert Assessor at the Teen Mediation International Mediation & Negotiation Competition, and as Trainer at the 3-Day Arbitration and Mediation Training organised by Legal Reformers and Denco Global Institute.
As a coach he has worked with APITT Law School (Sri Lanka) for the ADC–ICC Asia-Pacific Commercial Mediation Competition (APCMC) 2025, and with Digital Peacemakers, organised by Teen Mediation International. He has sat as Arbitrator at the London Pre-Moot 2026, the 2nd VIS Moot Pre-Moot, the Asia-Pacific Vis Pre-Moot 2026, and the Maldives Moot Court Society (MMCS) International Maritime Arbitration Competition 2025.
Shah Mir Ali combines formal ADR training with practical experience in mediation education, coaching, advocacy, and international arbitration, with a particular interest in developing mediation and dispute-resolution practice among emerging legal professionals.

Advocate of the High Court and Accredited Mediator, with a strong foundation in legal research, analytical reasoning and international legal studies.
He holds working knowledge of Public International Law, Private International Law, the UN Charter, international covenants including the ICCPR, and global legal frameworks such as the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. His academic and professional exposure has also developed an understanding of International Relations, particularly IR theories, enabling a broader assessment of contemporary global legal and policy issues.
With experience in legal drafting, case analysis and the interpretation of complex legal instruments, he approaches assignments with precision, intellectual rigour and a research-oriented mindset. Recognised for analytical strength and professional communication, he is committed to producing high-quality legal research and practical legal insight with credibility and scholarly precision.

Abdullah Kanrani is a Karachi-based Enrolled Advocate, Accredited Mediator, and Associate at S. & B. Durrani Law Firm, where he is engaged in legal practice with an interest in dispute resolution, mediation, and legal advisory matters. He is also an LL.M. Scholar at Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law, Karachi.
He is a Triple Internationally Accredited Mediator trained through ADR ODR International, holding international accreditations from the International Mediation Institute (IMI), the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), and CMC UK. He is also a Gazette-notified Accredited Mediator under the Alternative Dispute Resolution (Accreditation) Rules, 2023, accredited by the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of Pakistan.
Abdullah has further completed a specialised 40-hour training programme in Family and Civil Mediation from the American Academy of ADR Attorneys, strengthening his expertise in facilitative mediation, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution practices.
His areas of ADR interest include civil disputes, commercial disputes, contractual matters, family disputes, and negotiated settlements. He is committed to promoting mediation as an effective mechanism for resolving conflicts through dialogue, collaboration, and mutually acceptable solutions.
Alongside his legal practice, he actively contributes to the ADR community and is associated with initiatives focused on mediation awareness, legal empowerment, and professional development. He has also been engaged with youth development, human rights, and social impact initiatives through various platforms. With a strong commitment to advancing Alternative Dispute Resolution in Pakistan, he aims to facilitate efficient, fair, and constructive dispute resolution while contributing towards strengthening access to justice through mediation.
