Associate Partner Zill E Rukh Mushtaq represented FARZIL LAW at the 4th National Public Policy Conference, held at the National School of Public Policy (NSPP), Lahore, on the theme “Rare Earth Minerals in Pakistan: Opportunities & Challenges — Rare by Nature, Strategic by Choice.” Organised by NSPP in collaboration with Beaconhouse National University and the Balochistan Institute of Policy and Research, the two-day conference brought together policymakers, scholars and practitioners to examine the governance, geopolitics, environmental risk and regulatory frameworks surrounding Pakistan’s rare earth minerals sector.
