As Founder & Director of FARZIL LAW | Centre for Dispute Resolution, and Associate Partner at FARZIL LAW, I lead a forward-thinking legal practice focused on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), corporate consultancy, tax advisory, and intellectual property frameworks. Notified by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of Pakistan, as an Accredited Mediator, in the official Gazette of Pakistan, I design and deliver structured negotiation and mediation processes that resolve complex commercial and civil disputes outside traditional court frameworks.

My expertise spans Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), international commercial arbitration, legal technology & AI integration, contract analysis, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance. I hold international mediator accreditations across top global bodies — including Level 1 Accreditation from the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) and triple accreditation through ADR ODR International (IMI, CMC UK, SIMI) — and am a qualified Associate Arbitrator. My scholarly research on integrating Artificial Intelligence into ADR frameworks is published in an HEC-recognized policy journal.

I serve as a Legal Representative at an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, appearing before the Hon’ble Lahore High Court. In this role, I manage high-profile court litigation, coordinate cross-departmental legal strategy, and ensure statutory compliance and data integrity across national records.

Long-term, I am committed to advancing Pakistan’s representation in international dispute resolution, cross-border commercial arbitration, and global trade governance — shaping global ADR frameworks and contributing to international policy development through cross-border legal diplomacy and multilateral engagement.
